- Hello Neighbor!
Liberty Seventh-day Adventist Church offers free tax return preparation and electronic filing by certified volunteers from January thru March.
Are you puzzled by the tax law or which credits and deductions you can take? Need assistance with your tax return? If so, then why not look into the free, IRS-sponsored, volunteer tax return preparation services offered at Liberty Seventh-day Adventist Church? The IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program offers free tax filing help if you qualify.
Our trained community volunteers can help you with special credits, such as Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC), Child Tax Credit, and Credit for the Elderly for which you may qualify. In addition to free tax return preparation assistance, our site also offers free electronic filing (e-filing). Individuals taking advantage of the e-file program will receive their refunds in half the time compared to returns filed on paper – even faster if you have your refund deposited into your bank account.
