Carl A. Curtis
Elder Curtis has served the Liberty church for many years. He is a graduate of Oakwood College and Bowie State University. He is blessed by God as a skillful arbitrator, and has an unobtrusive leadership style. His resposibilities are teacher of the earliteen class, working with Communications and Womens Ministries Department. He has assisted in evangelistic efforts and delivered inspiring messages.

Earl Cox
Elder Cox is a charismatic leader matched with superb administrative skill. He serves as chair of the finance committee and has conducted an evangelistic effort in the greater Baltimore area. He lends his talents serving in many capacites at church. Eld. Cox has the God-given abilty to minister to a wide variety of people, both senior and youth.

Oswyn Marcelle
Elder Marcelle is knowledgable and wise in his leadership. He is a pillar of the Elder's Board and is rooted and grounded in Bible truths and church operation. Eld. Marcelle has served Liberty faithfully as a First Elder and Elder over many years. He delivers messages that are filled with spiritual truth and God-given direction. He currently leads the Sabbath School Dept. and serves in many other capacities. |

Robert Moses
Elder Moses is a man of God, driven to deliver the gospel message by the printed page. Many evangelistic efforts held by Liberty and other churches in the Baltimore area would have no beginning without the ongoing efforts of Eld. Moses and the team of literature evangelists. The team is comprised of members of the many SDA churches in Baltimore. Eld. Moses is a valued member of the Elder's Board. |

Sharon Pettaway
Elder Pettaway is an inspiring leader and administrator. She has led successful ministries at Liberty, among them being Family Life and currently Youth Church Life Ministries. Eld. Pettaway has pioneered several programs for the youth making the youth program at Liberty second to none. Her administrative skills are treasured by the Elder's Board. God has blessed Eld. Pettaway with talent which she uses in service for Him. |
